Buying all men - Old Testament style

Hosea 7:13-16 - “Woe to them for they have fled from Me, destruction to them because they have transgressed against Me! Though I have redeemed them, yet they have spoken lies against Me, and they have not cried to Me with their heart when they howled upon their beds; they assemble themselves for corn and wine, and they rebel against Me. Though I have bound and strengthened their arms, yet do they imagine mischief against Me. They return, but not to the most High- they are like a deceitful bow, their princes shall fall by the sword for the rage of their tongue, this will be their derision in the land of Egypt.”

Behold this little gem, a quote from Hosea stating that Israel, though bought and redeemed by God, would utterly perish in exile for their sins, because although they were redeemed, yet they still turned and rejected God.
Show me the hyper-Calvinists now! Let them come and say this is a quote from Deuteronomy 31! Let them tell me that this is referring to those who said God had bought them, rather than being a direct quote from the Lord Almighty. State your case that you may be proved right! Come and tell me Christ doesn't buy men He destroys in the NT when He does it in the Old. Read em and weep boys, all aces.
